The Silver Sponsorship Program is for established athletes who have a professional profile.
Who is it for?
They could be in their country's Talent I.D squad, Development Squad, represented their country in some way, or have a good media following and are a positive influence on the riding community. Usually, these riders will have a following of 2500-5000 followers on their media accounts.
What do we look for?
When we are assessing potential profiles to become part of TEAM BRAVE the first thing we look at is your following on social media. This is because it is one of the most tangible ways we can see how you can directly impact our company.
The second thing we always go through and is just as important is the engagement level on what you are posting - how many people engage with your content and how many of them are potential customers to us.
Thirdly, we look into your results, ranking, and how much you get out in the community. This is a huge part of brand awareness. We want to see people getting out in our community on a very regular basis.
What we expect from you and what you get:
Our Silver Sponsorship Program is based on a points system, the more you promote us, the higher the engagement level the more points you receive to redeem higher discounts than the Ambassador program discounts and also FREE items.
Because the profile of a Silver Athlete is usually bigger than an Ambassador, the amount of points needed to redeem discounts and products is less because we are receiving more coverage. However, the points remain the same. You will receive the points system in your contract.
For example:
Our product reviews, engagement posts (likes) over 200, over 5000 views, or a specific brand appreciation post, are all worth 50 points each:
To obtain 30% off you have to receive 350 points
To obtain 35% off you have to receive 500 points
To obtain 1 x FREE Breeches you have to receive 500 points.
A pair of pants is worth $214.99 which is worth 9 hours of work on a wage. This is how the points system is calculated to give you an idea.
How do I become one?
We NEVER sponsor anyone who doesn't want to invest in our company first. All sponsored riders are loyal customers of our products. We only sponsor people who we know are committed to the brand! The best way to get our attention is by purchasing our product and showing us how you would promote us. This could be that you purchase a pair of pants and do a product review on it and tag us in it. That way we get to check out your profile, see how you make content and how many people engage with it, and get to know you as a rider. Keep tagging us and mentioning us so we can become familiar with you and your commitment to the brand!
Just remember - we can't sponsor every athlete, and regardless of whether you are selected or not you are still 100% apart of Team Brave!
