One thing we love about our brand is the amount of empathy our riders get from each other because they are all starting to realise that being brave is at the context of their situation. So supporting each other and understanding that the context is different but the feeling is the same is important

It takes descipline to develop bravery and it doesn't just 'happen' over night. It's the continual growth mindset to improve.
