The Elite Sponsorship Program
The Elite Sponsorship Program is for the best riders within their country and the world.
Who is it for?
These riders will obtain an FEI World Ranking and/or fit into one of the following categories:
- Competed at the Olympics
- Top 10 finish in a 5*
- Completed more than 10 5* events
- Represented their country at World Equestrian Games
- Have a media following of over 100,000
What do we look for?
When we are assessing potential profiles to become part of TEAM BRAVE the first thing we look at is your following on social media. This is because it is one of the most tangible ways we can see how you can directly impact our company.
The second thing we always go through and is just as important is the engagement level on what you are posting - how many people engage with your content and how many of them are potential customers to us.
Thirdly, we look into your results, ranking, and how much you get out in the community. This is a huge part of brand awareness. We want to see people getting out in our community on a very regular basis.
What we expect from you and what you get:
Our Elite Sponsorship Program is based on a points system, the more you promote us, the higher the engagement level the more points you receive to redeem FREE products and actual income. Because Elite riders are trusted within the community, people look up to them, and their points of view on products, training, nutrition, etc their opinions on products are more impactful.
Because the profile of a Elite Athlete is usually bigger than a Gold, the amount of points needed to redeem discounts and products is less because we are receiving more coverage. However, the points remain the same. You will receive the points system in your contract.
For example:
For product reviews, engagement posts (likes) over 200, over 5000 views, or a specific brand appreciation post, are all worth a monetary value articulated in the contract. They can redeem this in REAL money or put it towards new kit for the season. The contract articulates that they NEED to make sure they have a fresh kit every season of a minimum of 4 stable pants and 3 shirts. However, they can redeem for money whenever they like as long as they have the clothes required.
To obtain 1 x FREE Breeches you have to receive 150 points for these riders.
How do I become one?
We NEVER sponsor anyone who doesn't want to invest in our company first - regardless if you are the best in the world or not. All sponsored riders are loyal customers of our products. We only sponsor people who we know are committed to the brand! The best way to get our attention is by purchasing our product and showing us how you would promote us. This could be that you purchase a pair of pants and do a product review on it and tag us in it. If you are selected in the ELITE program, you can use the posts you did for us to notice you to redeem points.
