Standard shipping within New Zealand takes about 5 to 7 business days.
Other countries may expect 7-21 business days.
What do I do if I haven't received my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be found, we will apply for a refund from the shipping company file a claim.
