Blush Ultralight Show Shirt

This top is pure class and luxurious. The lace is so beautiful and goes so well with the blush.
Super easy to care for, which is a bonus!

Purchased end of August, as pre order with delivery due early Sept.
made contact 13th Sept and advised stock in Auckland, here the following week.
Made contact again 26th September and advised that I should have by now.
30th Sept received a emailed tracking number, with no additional update.
3rd October I reached out again and was advised this was just so could be sent as soon as stock arrives
5th October I was asked if I was part of mailing list where updates had been posted - which I obviously was not as I would have known. It was only on the 5th when I pointed out I had been going by update on product page which said due late Aug/early Sept that the website was updated.
Yes I was offered a refund, and appreciate that. I know pre orders can be delayed, but good communication goes a long way, and based off the substandard communication it will make me think about purchasing future items as I was felt to be an inconvenience and fobbed off with no date given to me.
